Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Most products tend to take about 3-5 business days depending on where you are located.
Q: What shipping provider is being used to send out my package?
A: We Use UPS Ground shipping to send your packages out.
Q: Can I order more than one kit and have it keyed the same?
A: Yes, you can order as many kits as necessary and we can key them alike for you. make sure to state you want them keyed alike or different in the provided text field.
Q: How can I reach out to you guys for assistance?

Q: Why are the keys in the product image not cut?
A: The "Do not Duplicate" Keys are not cut in the images because we cut them per order for the added security of your kit.
Q: What if I can't install the kits myself?
A: There are a few options, You can reach out to vandnincinfo@gmail.com for technical support.
Alternatively, if you are in the tristate area, we can send out a Certified technician to do the installation for you.
\Q: If a Certified technician comes out to install my locks, is the installation cost part of the price of the kit?
A: No, Installation cost would be separate.
