V&N Security does not cover the cost of shipping, as the rates are always changing.
We Use UPS Ground Shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
In the unlikely event that your package is damaged in transit, a claim may or may not have to be filed with UPS. Please email vandnincinfo@gmail.com.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email vandnincinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
